Administrative Bishops Celebrate Pastoral Covenant Group Expansion

Cleveland, TN, February 15 - A consultation luncheon was recently held during the Administrative Bishops' In-service involving Seminary leaders, Dr. Steven Land and Dr. James Bowers, and several Administrative Bishops who have implemented the Making Connections Pastoral Covenant Group (PCG) project in their states or regions.

Dr. Steven Land commended the Administrative Bishops for their partnership with the Seminary in this historic undertaking and spoke of the vital need to support and resource pastors in their ministries.

Dr. James Bowers, Academic Dean and Executive Director of the Center reported that over 600 Church of God pastors in 15 states and regions are now participating in Pastoral Covenant Groups sponsored by the Church of God Theological Seminary's Center for Pentecostal Leadership and Care.
