Fall Facilitator Consultations Completed
In November, Facilitators convened for Consultations in seven states where
new Pastoral Covenant Groups have been launched this fall.
These sessions provided an opportunity for Facilitators to interact with their State
Coordinators as well as with the Center's administrative team.
Reports from the field were shared, needs were assessed, and additional training was
offered to further equip these leaders of leaders for their role in this Covenant Pastoral
Leadership Development Initiative.
Participating states included Alabama, Eastern North Carolina, Florida, North Georgia,
Northern Ohio, Southern Ohio, and Tennessee. New Jersey is scheduled to launch their
first groups in January.
